In most work environments a routine evaluation is geared to help encourage growth and development. The Oak ministry is more than a work environment, as we believe we are called of God to do Gospel Work. Thus, we do take evaluations serious, so please be truthful, tactful and Christ like with your answers. Please be aware to encourage growth and development, the "Church Evaluation Form" will be viewed by the Oak's president and director of evangelism, and will be shared with the Pastor and Church board of the church that is being evaluated.
