Gospel Worker Evaluation Form

In most work environments a routine evaluation is geared to help encourage growth and development. The Oak ministry is more than a work environment, as we believe we are called of God to do Gospel Work. Thus, we do take evaluations serious, so please be truthful, tactful and Christ like with your answers. Please be aware to encourage growth and development, the "Gospel Worker Evaluation Form" will be viewed by The Oak's president and director of evangelism, and the Gospel Worker of the church that is being evaluated.

The recommended process:

Step 1. Every 6 months, or 1 week after Gospel Worker has finished his/her commitment to the church and has left, church secretary is to be emailed a copy of the "Evaluation of Gospel Worker" form from either The Oak president or director of evangelism.

Step 2. Copy of Gospel Worker Evaluation Form is to be filled out at the following Church board meeting with all Board members present and in a consensus regarding the answers.

Step 3. Church Secretary, or whomever the church designates, is to go online to www.theoakisintheacorn.com, go to the Gospel Worker tab, then go to the Evaluation Form in the drop-down list, then click on "Evaluation of Gospel Worker" from the drop-down list. Then fill in the answers to the Gospel Worker Evaluation form from the answers which the church board had already filled out.
